In-House General Counsel

We’re looking for a Corporate Counsel that will report directly to the co-CEOs and CFO. You will be responsible for managing a variety of workstreams including creating, drafting and amending contracts, and partnering closely with Operations, Marketing, IT and Human Resources to efficiently drive agreements and deals to closure. The role requires that you are diligent, organized and have attention to detail, possess a deep knowledge of corporate and commercial law and have great client-facing skills as well as good written and verbal communication.
