General Counsel - Commercial Real Estate Development

Beacon Hill Legal is working with a commercial real estate development firm based in Alpharetta, GA seeking their first in-house counsel. Qualified candidates will have at least five (5) years of relevant, sophisticated commercial real estate development experience, including handling transactions from initial acquisition through development and final disposition. This person will have a seat at the table when it comes to executive level decision making, deal-related decision making, and will work closely with outside counsel as needed to further the legal interests of the business.

The General Counsel will be required to work on site in the company's Alpharetta, Georgia office. This person will be responsible for handling all dealwork and must be able to run deals start to finish, manage outside counsel, and assist in the growth of the legal department and business as a whole.
