General Counsel

We are seeking a General Counsel Attorney to join our growing team! You should be well-versed in Insurance collision claims and car dealership licensing .This position will also be asked to assist in compliance and reputation management solutions for Car Vision Mitsubishi as well as consumer disputes and Real Estate law. Tax experience is prefered but not required. Recent Law School graduates willing to learn quickly are encoraged to apply.

Starting Salery range from 80k-125k based on experience

Responsibilities

Review automotive advertisements, dealership websites, and social media pages for compliance with the state and federal Motor Vehicle Advertising Regulations.

Litigation and litigation support.

Assistance with mergers and acquisitions. Ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance management solutions to ensure all of our dealerships are aware of oversight.

Occasional HR partnership

Business background is a plus

Qualifications

Law degree required.

Member in good standing with the Pennsylvania bar.

At least 2 years legal experience. Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required.

Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills

Strong MS proficiency is required
