General Counsel

Pfefferle Companies, a commercial real estate broker / manager / developer headquartered in Appleton, with offices in Green Bay, Wausau, and Sheboygan, seeks an attorney with a real estate focus and approximately 5 years’ experience to manage its legal affairs. The brokerage division has over 20 licensed brokers, the management division manages about 13 million square feet with over 100 employees and its development division is active throughout the State. Job Duties Include, But Not Limited To:

Review and execution of Listing Contracts on behalf of the Company.

Review of Offers to Purchase and other contractual documents drafted by brokers affiliated with the Company.

Being a resource to brokers affiliated with the Company as legal issues arise.

Overseeing the management of leases for which the Company is responsible.

Drafting commercial leases, amendments and similar documents.

Drafting demand letters, settlement agreements and similar documents.

Overseeing legal actions taken by outside counsel regarding lease enforcement.

Providing legal services for development projects from start to finish.

Maintaining the organizational documents for the Company and related entities.

Managing a legal department including an assistant and a paralegal.
