Our client, a private equity firm in Baltimore, is currently seeking a General Counsel for their team. The General Counsel will report to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate with the current legal team to provide legal advice on all regulatory and compliance matters. Incumbent will also oversee all legal aspects of transactional investments and fund formations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, top tier law firm experience and five years of experience within a private equity practice group
