Your Mission

Help create leverage and avoid & manage risk

Serve as key legal advisor on all manufacturing compliance and regulatory matters, both at the state and federal level

Guide and advise Human Resources, IT, Engineering, Purchasing, and business leaders on all legal matters

Lead development of, and compliance with, Human Resources policies, business transactions, and vehicle regulatory bodies including EPA, FMVSS, and NHTSA

Use strong business acumen to provide senior management with effective advice and execution on company strategies, complex business issues and legal structures

Stay current on relevant law, methods, systems and compliance requirements with respect to domestic and international transactions

Where will you work? This position will be based in Birmingham, Alabama
