Job Description

Optymyze is seeking a General Counsel to act as the primary legal advisor in all functions and business units of the company. The ideal candidate has worked as a corporate legal liaison for cross-functional, global teams and has deep commercial experience with honed litigation and negotiation skills. This newly created role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

SaaS Deal Maker – You’ve been directly involved in negotiating large customer transactions including prospective clients and audits of existing clients

Company Builder – You’ve advised senior management of a SaaS or similar company to provide effective legal counsel for private company owners who have bought and sold companies.

Street Smart – You are street smart and really a shark, and you’ve use the legal system strategically to beat your opponent and have won settlements before things ever get to trial.
