General Counsel

Sethi Laboratories is seeking to hire one individual to be both the General Counsel and Operations Manager of two brand new start up organizations.

This person will help run our company and our sister law firm, oversee all of the departments, develop both businesses and do the legal work associated with the companies and when necessary it’s principles.

-The candidate must have both an MBA and a JD

-It is preferred that the candidate has Six Sigma and/or PMP accreditations

-The candidate must have great social, team building and leadership skills

-The candidate must have great organizational and administrative skills

-The candidate must have knowledge of technology and software programs that can help run a business efficiently

-it is preferred that the candidate also have an understanding of arbitrating insurance claims

-It is preferred that the candidate is familiar with basic contract law

-it is preferred that the candidate have an understanding of medical supply

-it is preferred that the candidate have an understanding in logistics/ supply chain management

-compensation will be discussed during the interview

-The position will be located on site and will be conducting during conventional business hours
