General Counsel

Provides strategic and day-to-day legal, business and risk management counsel to Executive Team, senior management, committees, and governing bodies (“Organization”) to drive the delivery of extraordinary services to every person, every time; financial stewardship; and positive business outcomes. Responsible for Contract Services; and Property Management (Real Estate). Manages outside legal counsel as needed. Monitors significant legislative affairs.Reports to Executive Vice President, Finance/Chief Financial Officer.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor Degree from American Bar Association accredited law school.

Licensed and member in good standing by the State Bar of Michigan.
