As a world leader in the Operations Technology (OT) field, OSI develops and supplies state-of-the-art energy management, optimization and control software solutions to energy utility companies worldwide. We currently have an opening for an Attorney. In this position you will defend the company’s position and rationale on contract terms. Specific on-the-job training will be provided. As an Attorney, your responsibilities will include: Providing legal counsel and advice to OSI executive management team and other senior management on various contractual and legal matters. Draft and negotiate complex legal commercial contracts. Negotiate non-standard terms. Counsel on risks and ways to mitigate and help advance the business. Counsel the business in the form of proactive legal advice. Managing contractual and legal risks on various projects. Requirements Doctorate of Jurisprudence from an American Bar Association accredited school. 10+ years of progressive experience in the legal and contract field. 5+ years of management and leadership as well as corporate legal experience. Strong business acumen and initiative. Strong Corporate and Contract Law experience including international laws. Strong background in complex contract negotiations.
